In this role I was responsible for the establishment of the Wet Lease model between Qantas and the operator Cobham Aviation Services Australia. This included growing the fleet from 8 to 13 aircraft including negotiations with aircraft lessors, engine maintenance providers and ancilary suppliers to achieve the cost savings and efficiencies expected from growth. I also led capacity growth iniativies in Western Australia to meet the demands of the OGM sector during the mining boom.
