Designed a complete migration assistant to assist ISP in a successful migration and reduce churn. Developed strategic business relationships with ISP business brokers for acquisitions, large Internet Service and TeleCo Providers for partnerships, and creative services companies for direct Marketing efforts achieving a 20% annual growth rate for our existing customer base. Tracked sales data to set baseline conversion rates. Analyzed data and modified offers and promotions, which improved conversion rates from 1.8% to 4.9%.
