• Direct sales of EXFO products in the territory; such as Wireless, Transport, Datacom, Optical, NetHawk and Service Assurance.• Responsible for delivering KPIs outlined within EXFOs corporate and territory strategies;• Continually maintain and update the corporate CRM database as well as the delivering of accurate and timely sales forecasts;• Assume an active lead in key customer projects and tenders;• Develop close commercial and technical support relationship with EXFO clients (end users);• Maintain strong relationships with EXFO marketing and design teams to ensure our clients needs are well known and understood, also to better direct future product development;• Select, train, support, follow up and set sales objectives with distributors;• Management and deliver sales of Network Service Providers for product distributors in the territory;• Advising which sales channels are suitable for the EXFO ranges, drawing up business plan to corroborate this advice and then the execution of that strategy;• Provide constant feedback on the competition and changes in technology trends;
