About Todd Eckert

I have been fortunate in my insurance career to have experienced a variety of positions: Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Underwriting Management, and Technology, within the carrier, agency, and vendor spaces. This broad exposure has enabled me to understand, through experience, how departments within insurance organizations can work together to achieve success, if they do it right. It is through these experiences that I’ve found what I love doing the most: leading teams in developing new business and retaining profitable business. And of course, I recognize all the effort and expertise that’ needed to make that happen. I also believe the goal of achieving top and bottom-line results takes a back seat to building lasting relationships that are based on trust and integrity. I’ve had the good fortune to work with many people that feel the same way and it is those relationships along with future relationships I will develop that drive and motivate me.
