Developed a high performing team through a merger that helped the company shine within its group creating opportunities to lead best practices and continuous improvement efforts at other facilities around the world.• Improved the professionalism and financial/operational performance of a company formed via merger of Post Glover (grounding solutions provider) and IPC Power Resistors (braking resistor provider). • Led continuous improvement projects involving manufacturing, scheduling, maintenance, and industrial engineering of electrical components used for dynamic braking, grounding, and motor control. • Created scheduling and purchasing practices and managed construction renovation, 2 facility moves, and merger of shop floor employees from IPC and Post Glover. • Consulted with parent company Telema for 5 months in Italy during introduction of lean concepts to the factory.
