Todd is Chief Strategy Officer at Atmosera, a nationally recognized Azure Expert MSP, consulting and training firm dedicated to helping companies build better software, faster and accelerating the value of Azure. Prior to joining RDA, Todd served as Software Manager for the Naval Research Lab's Special Projects group of the Tactical Electronic Warfare division in Washington, D.C., where he led the software design and management of the Navy's Specific Emitter Identification (SEI) program. Before that, Todd worked in experimental physics at the University of Maryland's Charged Particle Beam Lab, publishing over half a dozen scientific papers in such journals as the Review of Scientific Instruments and the Bulletin of American Physics.
