Built purchasing and material control teams to scale-up within a quickly growing aerospace contractor with multiple UAV programs.• Led the company in areas of purchasing, material control, material planning, sourcing, and supplier performance management through a mix of organizational changes, hiring, mentoring, process implementation, and direct action.• Created schedule management practices to improve order turn-around time from 10+ days to 3 days and past dues from 400+ to 20.• Introduced and led a SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operation Planning) process to coordinate planning across departments.

Program-managed a micro-UAV swarm program. • Directed engineering, quality, sourcing, procurement, contract assembly, in-house manufacturing, and contract services for UAVs, deployment device, and flight test.• Coordinated strategically with major stakeholders to maintain program timeline within budget and successfully execute flight testing.

Led the Honeywell Aerospace global supplier rate readiness program with process ownership and program management responsibilities.• Led the organization to hit 243 assessments in 2018 vs. 87 assessments completed in 2017.• Contracted 5 full-time resources to complement 50+ internal resources supporting part-time.• Deployed analytics to improve supplier identification and make the process more intuitive, efficient, and result-oriented.

Realized a 52% reduction of customer risk score from 38 to 18 through leadership, strategy, and execution on customer-specific quality improvements.• Managed and promoted quality improvement projects which resulted in an award for leadership of a diverse cross-functional team and an award for management of a contractor.• Provided outstanding customer service as the customer’s primary point of contact for the Rocky Mount site as evidenced by two awards received.• Avoided a line down situation at a customer via tight coordination and creative project management of a complex $7M recall effort.
