In 2008, I co-founded LaunchHouse with a mission to invest in, develop, and support promising startups in Northeast Ohio through community, education, coworking, and investment. LaunchHouse has since built a diverse portfolio of 65 companies that have raised over $30 million in follow-on funding, making it one of the region’s most active early-stage investors.In 2010, recognizing the challenge businesses face in leveraging their intellectual property, I co-founded Mensch Capital with Eric Hurwitz. Our firm specializes in maximizing the value of patents for inventors, small businesses, startups, and patent holders.Beyond Whoa Dough and LaunchHouse, I actively invest in and mentor startups with a focus on the CPG industry through my private holdings company and serve on several boards, including the University Hospitals Sports Medicine Advisory Group and the Better Business Bureau.Why Cleveland and Northeast Ohio?
