I am an executive leader with over 20 years of experience building and growing teams and businesses. I'm currently the SVP of Commercial Excellence at Matrix Medical Network. I am leading a commercial transformation to ignite growth and elevate the organization in the home-health marketplace.In my previous role at Ethos Laboratories, I led over 100 team members in Sales, Marketing, and Field Operations. During the same time, the company was twice voted a Great Place to Work by our employees.Prior to Ethos, I spent nearly two decades with GE Healthcare where I developed deep domain expertise in healthcare technology and services, assuming roles of increasing responsibility in sales and general management. I quickly advanced to captaining large, distributed regional teams, and serving in executive management positions. Most recently, I led a $400M P&L as Market Vice President in the upper Midwest, delivering two points of profit growth and exceeding margin operating plan in a very challenging business environment in 2020.Throughout my career, I consistently exhibited the ability to work inclusively, deliver on commitments, and energize and inspire others. I owned and closed the largest regional health-system contract in the history of GE Healthcare, and my teams frequently exceeded their financial targets. I revamped the team and operating structure in the upper Midwest market, leading to 34% new-orders growth and double-digit market-share gain in a key business segment in 2021.I am a curious learner with a diverse set of interests. I am the producer and co-host of “Pursuing the Process,” a podcast focused on the journey of life. I also enjoy the adventure of traveling and have visited over 25 countries. My passion for sports and leadership led me to become the player/manager for the Bridgetown Thunder, a member of the Northwest Independent Baseball League. I have also given back to my community by serving as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters, a board member for the Children’s Cancer Association, and an active supporter of Garding Against Cancer.
