As the Audit Leader in the San Francisco office of EisnerAmper, and as national co-head of our financial services assurance practice, I see clients challenged by today’s complex regulatory environment and accounting and financial reporting requirements. Drawing on more than 35 years of experience, my contribution to helping clients includes bringing a fresh perspective and creative approach to problem-solving that includes challenging assumptions and making timely observations and recommendations. I work closely with clients including real estate investors, owners and operators, hedge, private equity and real estate funds, registered investment advisors and commercial and consumer finance and leasing companies. Throughout my career, I have benefitted from strong mentors and role models and I am passionate about helping to develop the next generation of leaders. I share my knowledge and experiences within the Firm and the industry through professional development programs and participating as a speaker, moderator and panelist at key conferences and events. Prior to joining EisnerAmper, I developed accounting policies for capital markets transactions involving unique derivatives structures at a major national bank. I began my career with the financial services group of a large international accounting firm where I audited the loan and REO portfolios of banks and savings and loans.I have been a CPA and member of the AICPA since 1990 and I am licensed to practice in the state of California. I received a Bachelor of Science degree with cum laude honors from the University of Maryland.
