I am the General Manager for 3 businesses operating at this facility under the umbrella of Point Summit. I am responsible for business operations at White River Paintball, White River Zipline and Indy Scream Park. At each of our businesses, we strive to ensure our customers have so much fun, they want to come back again and again with friends.White River Paintball consists of 12 outdoor fields and 1 indoor field (December - March) plus a pro shop for your paintball equipment needs. White River Ziplines has over a mile of zip lines connecting 10 towers and 3 sky bridges. The last leg of the zip line course, consists of 2 dualing zip lines just shy of 1,000' so you can race someone else in your party. Coming this spring/summer will be our newest attraction, the MEGA DROP FREE FALL.Indy Scream Park is rated as Indiana's Scariest Haunted House with 5 attractions plus our scary midway. Two of our attractions are interactive if you think you can handle being scared that much. As the general manager, I am responsible for all aspects of the facility which include 3 managers who directly report to me. (VP of Attractions, VP of Operations, and Human Resources).

I am the Region 8 Human Resources Manager for Carrols Corporation. Carrols Corporation is the largest Burger King franchise in the world. Currently, Carrols Corporation owns more than 700 stores in the United States. Carrols Region 8, operates 75 restaurants in Indianapolis, IN south to Owensboro, KY and west to Springfield, IL. As the HR Manager, I am responsible for salaried recruiting, team member as well as manager development, training, conducting HR investigations, and supporting the restaurant's need to ensure our employees have a great place to work each day. Recruited restaurant managers and above restaurant managers. I was responsible for staffing of Director level positions. Managed all corporate Human Resources activities in Indiana and Kentucky market. (92 restaurants) Launched a program to electronically track employee development, succession planning, and performance appraisals. – Program was rolled out to all other corporate HR managers as well. Developed an internal investigation database for tracking Human Resources investigations which were conducted in the market. The access database was rolled out to all other corporate HR managers and was benchmarked in the company as a best practice. Internal investigations ranging from theft, sexual harassment, EEO complaints, to criminal activity. I was responsible to respond to all internal tips phoned in to the compliance hotline. Manage affirmative action program for compliance. Interact with senior leadership (vice president of company operations) down to team members. Responsible for communicating with all levels of employees in the field. Approximately 3,000 employees.  Oversee I-9 compliance and investigate identity issues with employees applying for positions at BKC.

I supervised daily human resource functions for over 7000 Hourly and Salaried employees located within 4 separate facilities. Largest HR organization outside of Chrysler’s world headquarters Supervise 3 HR Generalists and work with an additional 15 HR Representatives. Negotiations experience with 3 separate UAW organizations. Reduce S&A and Workers Compensation costs. Manage and administer FMLA benefits. Launched the HR Kiosk initiative in 4 locations which provided a tool for employees to use from their facility to manage their personal HR issues without having to physically visit the HR department. Kokomo was a pilot location for this corporate program.
