Todd H. Baker has been CSO/CCDO at three large domestic and international banks as well as a law firm partner, consultant, academic researcher, speaker and commentator on banking and fintech. He is currently a Senior Fellow at the Richman Center for Business, Law & Public Policy at Columbia Business and Law Schools.
