Synthesize market, customer, and competitive inputs to shape REGENESIS’ product offerings to drive the highest possible revenue and customer satisfaction. Perform product analysis, product positioning to target consumers, product pricing, sales messaging development, competitive analysis, and product differentiation. As the driving force behind PetroFix’s rapid expansion in the US and over 16 countries, I took ownership of the entire sales, marketing, and technical processes. My efforts helped establish PetroFix as a highly recognized and approved remedial technology and an important revenue stream for Regenesis.I worked closely with sales teams, technical design staff, R&D, manufacturing, and marketing to achieve yearly revenue targets and product performance goals. My responsibilities included winning work, obtaining client and regulatory approval, evolving sales design and online software tools, training industry professionals on best practices, presenting at national and international conferences and developing all outward-facing training and technical documentation.

As a regional manager for Regenesis was responsible for product and service growth in the western U.S. and Canada and led a team of district managers and design engineers in the pursuit of cost-effective and innovative methods to restore contaminated soil and groundwater for our clients. Provided leadership and strategic insight on the introduction, training, and implementation of a portfolio of varied and highly technical carbon sorption, bioremediation, in situ chemical oxidation (ISCO), in situ chemical reduction (ISCR) and gas vapor membrane product lines. Involved with business development and driving sales for the region with strong focus on offering customers a unique perspective, tailoring efforts and proposals to customer needs and priorities, driving compliance with company values and sales process to ensure maximum quality, value, and reputation in the industry. Collaborate with top 500 corporations both at the project management and C-Level, state and federal regulatory agencies, Department of Defense (DOD), developers, and industry.

Manage complex sales for an integrated line of bioremediation, chemical oxidation, and vapor mitigation technologies across a region of 8 US states and 2 provinces of Canada.
