I am a leader within the Commercial and Marketing division of the NRL with primary responsibility for non-broadcast revenues including Commercial and Digital. I lead two teams responsible for growing the NRL’s Corporate investment and the Digital commercial footprint. The latter includes digital inventory management, ad operations, programmatic strategy.

As Senior Manager, Partnerships, I am responsible for developing new commercial partnerships and growing the NRL's sponsorship portfolio. I also work closely with existing partners on delivering commercial outcomes and negotiating NRL rights.

My responsibility to Gemba Australia as Senior Marketing Consultant is to lead the strategy on the Toyota, Coca-Cola and Sanitarium accounts. This includes managing the sponsorship portfolio of each brand including the sponsorship assets, rights, leverage and return on investment. As part of this role I have worked on negotiations on behalf of clients.

My role with Gemba New Zealand involved consulting in the development and implementation of marketing programs for brands and commercial rights holders. This included the development of customised research studies; insight led commercial strategies, investment decision making frameworks, asset planning projects, valuations of assets and rights, measurement.

As Trade Development Consultant with UKTI, I was responsible for liasing with British and New Zealand businesses in an attempt to promote British trade locally. I undertook chargeable work on behalf of UK companies, assisting them in developing partnerships, distribution agreements and marketing plans throughout New Zealand.

As Sales and Marketing Assistant, I was responsible for the Zenago's marketing and communication strategy including the planning, budgeting, design and implementation. Other duties included selling software, client management, coordinating advertising strategies and operating and maintaining the company website.

My responsbility to Radio Sport was to ensure there was credible, informative and entertaining sports coverage in each news bulletin. As a journalist, I was charged with reporting, interviewing and writing for the news. Working under stringent deadlines with firm accuracy boundaries has strengthened my ability to operate to the highest standards under.
