Lemonade International helps the children and families of La Limonada break the cycles of poverty, violence, and injustice.• Key Responsibilities: Fundraising campaign development and ideation, Website Creation andmaintenance, social media manager (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), email marketing, storytelling and fundraising software manager (lemonade uses classy.org)

Managed and oversaw the marketing coordinator to create campaigns, story telling opportunities and marketing materials. Led the redevelopment of Compassion First's fundraising software and systems.Represented Compassion First at conferences throughout the United States.Presented / spoke on behalf of Compassion First at fundraising events, churches and educational events. Helped ideate and implement fundraising channels and strategies for growth resulting in a growth of $250,000 from previous year. Transitioned online fundraising tools from Sage Payments to Funraise, Inc. + Stripe. Helped the org decrease the overall cost of online transactions by 1.5% and utilize a better donor experience. Storyboarded, designed, developed and launched new marketing website to be geared towards positive storytelling and donor conversion. Helped create new fundraising channels and opportunities for focused giving communities, child sponsorships, and house parties. Recruited and developed relationships with churches and individuals to become one-time and recurring donors to Compassion First.

Pure Charity contributes to the greater good by building best in class fundraising solutions for nonprofits. Key Accomplishments: - On-boarded and managed approximately $7.5 million of annual nonprofit fundraising revenue.- On-boarded and managed the day-to-day needs of 15 new nonprofit accounts.- Identified and cultivated key strategic relationships and partnerships to help grow the influence and impact of Pure Charity.- Worked alongside the CEO and COO of Pure Charity to create a vision and future for a cutting edge nonprofit technology company. - Worked with a small team to design, build and launch a new streamlined design for internal website. Responsibilities: - Identified potential nonprofit partners and evaluated how their fundraising needs, initiatives & programs. - Assisted with development of presentations / documentation and coordinated / participated and/or led sales calls and meetings with potential or existing partners. - Worked with nonprofit partners to develop and integrate projects for the Pure Charity platform that enhanced their potential to attract current and new donor funding. - Developed new nonprofit relationships while representing Pure Charity in the marketplace at key nonprofit technology events and conferences.- Helped inform Pure Charity’s strategic plans by evaluating competitors and how their features affected Pure Charity’s feature offering.- Worked with CEO and COO to recommend pricing strategies and terms in order to maximize nonprofit partnerships and Pure Charity gross revenue. - Provided suggestions & advice to nonprofit partners on how to maximize fundraising potential using Pure Charity’s platform. - Directed implementation of new nonprofit partners for Wordpress Sites, Wordpress Plug-ins, Page Template Creation, in coordination with Pure Charity’s Development Team.

Key Accomplishments:- Successfully created a shared leadership culture that engaged community members to realize their callings both inside and outside the church.- Oversaw the planting of a church in a low-income, racially diverse community along the Delaware River in a post-industrial, post-suburban community.- Engaged cross-culturally with local Latino pastors and their congregations to promote church unity and shared mission.- Cultivated a long-term global partnership with Lemonade International, successfully sending and leading multiple mission teams to Guatemala City. - Oversaw and planned the acquisition of the church’s first building and oversaw the renovation project. Key Responsibilities- Primary visionary for the future and direction of the community, organizational culture, leadership culture and community life. - Led a seven-person elder team in creation of leadership culture, church budget, policies, spiritual leadership and staffing.- Served as head of staff for three part-time employee. Preached at least twice a month and help lead, train and develop other younger, less experienced preachers. - Oversaw the pastoral care team for the community. Recruited and trained a team of people to serve the community by providing counseling and pastoral care.
