Todd has been on the RSA Conference Program Committee since 2001, and joined the RSA Conference Advisory Board in 2011. He has supported the RSA Conference and its role in leading the security industry by mentoring presenters, colleagues, and students. He has presented at several conferences, and continues to be an active member of the board.

Chief Information Security Officer for two global pharmaceutical clients (Mar-Oct 2017, Oct 2015- May 2016). Integrated activities with Enterprise Risk and Physical Security. Improved business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Defined, developed, and delivered Security Services for new Samsung Business Services unit, including service definitions, revenue predictions, delivery methodology, business partner engagement & plans, sales staff training, marketing collateral. Delivered mobile security workshops and mobile security assessments for Fortune 1500 clients, including recommendations and roadmaps.• Directly supported the business unit CISO, assessed delivery partners, reviewed and recommended improvements to the security and business capabilities of the IT infrastructure systems & services.

Led commercial cyber security strategy capability development and delivery activities in Booz Allen's commercial team. - Identified business requirements, developed strategy and delivery capability and intellectual property for mobile services in the enterprise, cyber security, and social media services within the Next Generation Enterprise (mobile, social, cloud computing, big data analytics) group in the Booz Allen Commercial team. Presented materials and proposals to multiple C-suite clients in Energy, Health, and Financial Services. - Delivered Innovation process workshop and advised a global oil & gas client’s technology team on managing innovation while simultaneously expanding capability and intellectual property for future engagements. - Delivered comprehensive Cyber Security assessment for a global energy client – managed all aspects of the project, and delivery of assessment results and recommendations to the CIO, including the roadmap for future Information Security investment.

Lead Bank of America’s consumer team exploring the future of Authentication, Customer Protection and Social Media. Developed improved consumer security experiences, empowered customers and fought fraud across all electronic channels including ATM, mobile and online banking. Championed the development and implementation of enterprise strategy for using social media to deliver the products and services through Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Responsible for design, development and deployment of capabilities for the emerging Social Media channel. Coordinated activities across the enterprise - leading and participating in enterprise-wide strategy development and implementation plans.Inskeep has more than 20 years experience in innovation, information security and Internet customer experience ranging from secure radio and desktop systems to security architecture and eCommerce strategy at Bank of America. He has filed multiple patent applications, and spent time as an Executive-in-Residence at the MIT Media Lab’s Center for Future Banking under Bank of America’s sponsorship. Bank of America is the industry leader with over 30 million active Online banking customers and over 6 million Mobile banking customers. .

Explored breakthrough innovation opportunities in the consumer banking and e-Commerce space with an eye toward broader enterprise application. Developed and socialized authentication and other online banking technology strategies, focused on identification and authentication, widgets, and capturing IP from innovation efforts.

Created first bank security policies, built digital certificate infrastructure and VPN/Remote Access solutions, led the security effort for consumer Customer Relationship Management project, developed internal, external (online and cross channel) identification and authentication strategy. Conceived SafePass™ one-time password authentication and partnered for business implementation; improved online banking security, moved to Online Banking role.

Represented Bank of America in the Media Lab's Center for Future Banking, developed research plans; partnered to explore innovative interaction with customers; integrated research into the future of banking.
