My Dad was a WWII vet and John Deere mechanic…my Mom was a schoolteacher before starting our family. My parents believed in the bounty of the American dream. I picked up many of my first principles from their example of working hard.I’ve been entrusted with building, improving, and running healthcare programs, departments, and facilities in a variety of frameworks: acute, ambulatory, and long-term care; group health insurance; physician and advanced practice provider recruitment; provider experience, incentive, and recognition programs; market growth and stabilization strategies.Given the breadth of my background, my joy is synthesizing healthcare industry components to create new operating systems, produce unique programs, improve processes, and uplevel departments within an organization.Healthcare is going to be a wild ride for the foreseeable future.
