I advise client-facing teams how to address poorly adopted enterprise software. I lead a team of advisors who help client-facing teams address the challenges of poorly adopted enterprise software. I started my career assisting SaaS customers get adoption. I worked closely with Microsoft to develop marketing programs, onsite events, and webinars to help executive leadership feel comfortable moving to the cloud. I developed expertise in Microsoft products and services, as well as a passion for empowering end users to achieve more with technology.I then transitioned into product management, for a services business converting to a SaaS company.
