I am leading a global team including cloud engineering and governance, developer enablement, database engineering, shared services, FinOps, TechOps and SRE. We are responsible for advancing and operating services and capabilities across Market Intelligence. • Leading a global team of 100+ individuals reporting directly to the CTO• Defined Envestnet’s initial, multi-year cloud strategy that included a hybrid cloud operating model, lift-tinker-shift migration, and new cloud-native solutions• Responsible for Envestnet's cloud platform and SRE teams, including: o A center of enablement serving as an internal, cloud consulting organization including solution architecture and service delivery management. o A platform SRE team responsible for delivering a cloud service catalog, an observability framework, an Innersource framework, and networking infrastructure o A product SRE team responsible for 24x7 on premise and cloud operations of technology platforms, monitoring, infrastructure and services deployment, and modernization of infrastructure and services. In my role as Managing Partner of WebbMason Analytics, I was responsible for the aggregated P&L of our division.
