Currently, I am focused on funding and growing Salute Mortgage, a venture I founded to offer veterans and communities exceptional mortgage services. Drawing on my entrepreneurial experience from previous successful ventures, including founding and leading Black Knight PE and its subsidiaries, I am building a company that aims to simplify the home buying process while providing personalized support. My leadership experience in finance, operations, and business development, paired with my commitment to veterans, shapes the foundation of this new venture.As a former SVP and business unit leader at SoFi, one of the leading fintech platforms in the US, I leveraged my strategic leadership, acquisition evaluation, and transformation skills to drive growth and enhance the member experience. After joining SoFi as a consultant in 2022 and becoming a full-time SVP the same year, I played a pivotal role in spearheading multiple key initiatives, including evaluating an acquisition opportunity and aligning sales processes, marketing strategies, product offerings, and operations across the business unit.Prior to SoFi, I successfully grew multiple mortgage and real estate platforms and launched a thriving energy sector startup, Black Knight PE. I developed a diverse skillset across strategy, finance, operations, and people management through challenging leadership roles in early-stage ventures and established organizations. Additionally, I earned my MBA from Rice Business, focusing on M&A, Asset Management, and Marketing, and hold a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where I was a varsity football letterman.A proud US Army veteran, I am passionate about empowering veterans and communities.
