Learning fast, being flexible and adapting was part of the job. I have traveled from factory floor to front office and back again, experiencing all aspects of the manufacturing cycle. Learning the patterns in data, behaviors, processes, customers, work quality and equipment. Being reliable, and always attempting to improve the process. To work smarter, not harder. Applying established skill sets and actively learning more at every opportunity. I've also been part of a small company transitioning to medium-large in a multinational group. Being part of a production team finding "The Straight Way" to quality, consistency, efficiency and productivity. Working to transform the "tribal knowledge" to teachable procedures for new hires. Rising to meet the challenge of double digit annual sales growth while, maintaining high health and safety standards during the pandemic as a Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) team member.Now with an opportunity to take my production experience to the next level as a part of the the Continuous Improvement Team.
