In Charge of Business development including business plan and sales development within Northeast Ohio. Building strong relationships with Employers of Choice, providing supplemental staffing in Distribution, Warehouse, Production, Technical and Clerical positions. Human resource consulting.

Brand Development and securing 32 branch offices within Northeast Ohio. Director of Operations for a fortune 1000 Global Staffing Company. Scope of duties includes locating sites and negotiating long-term leases for 32 offices throughout Northeast Ohio markets. The hiring, training and development of all personnel for each of 32 branches, which, included over 100 employees. Interviewing applicants and matching with the appropriate job placement. Selling new Customers throughout my given District, which, with that team created over 60 million dollars a year. Reviewed monthly P & L’s, inventory control and all bottom line expenses monthly with all Managers, and compiled all daily sales and marketing activity reports and forwarded up-line to all Corporate Departments. Awarded top Director of Operations in the U.S. for achieving the highest percent of sales over budgeted sales. I am CTS certified through the University of Cleveland State.
