He has 31+ years of experience as a professional planner with emphasis in long-range planning, zoning analysis, site plan review, community development, and economic development.Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati College of Design Art Architecture and Planning with a Certificate in Historic Preservation.
