Funded a $3.6MM cost savings project to automate our ‘Club Channel’ production line, resulting in significant capacity increases, without having to invest in additional production lines as volume grew over time.Lead and executed the start up of inline bottle labeling for the Iowa City plant, enabling late stage differentiation and significant bottle inventory & storage savings across the entire Hair Care portfolio.
