Leading a fully distributed team of creatives (Writers and Art Directors) to produce global work. The creative teams were re-organized into Brand, Social, and Product pods. These pods handled creative development for brand campaigns, AI product launches, social campaigns, and enterprise campaigns.

Helping build a fully remote in-house Creative Lab so the Upwork brand can produce global communications. Leading and managing the writing team alongside the pods that house art, strategy, AI, production, project management, and design teams. Partnering with the CD/Art to lead the output of the creative teams within Upwork's fully remote in-house creative lab. Creating work for AI product campaigns, brand campiagns, social media marketing, and new product launches.

W+K is where I got my start as a Creative Intern, so I have freelanced for them many times over the years. This was a longer ongoing run in the Portland office, including Nike 30th Anniversary, Nike Basketball, Converse, Airbnb, Instagram, Facebook/Meta, Playstation, Supercell/Brawl Stars, Coke, and Dodge.

My second stint at the Google Creative Lab. Working to launch Google Photos from the beginning stages. Google Photos is more organized and more searchable, making it a big launch for a world taking more digital images than ever.

Wrote, Directed, and Creative Directed at Google Creative Lab. Took projects from an idea, to prototype, to launch - campaigns, products, and internal/external comms. Worked solo and partnered with Josh Rosen to CD ouput on various Google Products – Google Maps, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Wallet, Search, Voice Search, Photos, Gmail, Meet, Vision films, new products, and secret products.

Teamed with Jon Glaser (Adult Swim’s Delocated, HBO’s Girls, NBC's Parks & Recreation) on TV show development. Worked as the Co-Creator, Writer, and Executive Producer for scripting and creative development.

Directed non-union projects on a freelance basis through Greencard Pictures, shooting spots/videos for Google Meet and the rock band Guided By Voices. During this time, I also worked with Epoch Films on special projects.

Freelance creative direction, creative development, writing, and production for: Google Creative Lab, Facebook/Meta, Wieden+Kennedy PDX and NY, CALLEN, Mother, Adult Swim, B-Reel, Droga5, Mekanism, Leo Burnett, Havas, MoMA, Fallon, Oscar Health, Huge, Puma Skateboarding, Big Spaceship, StoryCorps, NBC, Sundance Channel, Funworks, Grow, BBDO, Publicis, Translation, Chiat/Day, and Rachel Comey studio.

Part of the first group of creatives to start the NYC office of the agency Mother London. Working on Virgin Mobile, 10 Cane Rum, Crunch Gyms, Dell, Target, Miller Brewing, and Coke.
