CurrentSr. Desktop/Laptop Support. Install, configure, maintain and upgrade laptop computer hardware, operating systems, applications and peripherals, Printer/Copier maintenance, telephony, mobile devices, for the company. Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of problems related to desktop/laptop computer hardware, operating systems, applications and peripherals. Asset Management for the West Coast Region. Ordering, Shipping/receiving, Inventory, laptop setups and retrieval. Men tor new hires and train in appropriate applications and procedures. Recommend and implement proactive or automated solutions to resolve recurring desktop system related issues. Utilize tools to assess the need for performance upgrades to desktop/laptop systems. Ensure the overall efficient operation of the company’s desktop/laptop computing environment. Receive and respond to Help Desk incoming calls and emails regarding problems with desktop/laptop computers, networking, associated hardware and software. Ensure that the desktop/laptop computer systems are provided with appropriate network connectivity through existing LAN and wireless LAN.
