I am a certified specialist in appellate law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. I have assisted clients on various appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Eighth, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuits, and in state appellate courts in California, New York, Oregon, and West Virginia. I have considerable experience drafting merits briefs, amicus briefs, motions to stay and/or vacate judgment, petitions for review, and writ petitions. I have also prepared certiorari petitions and merits briefs in the U.S. Supreme Court.
