Our team became one of the most successful videoconferencing, collaboration and managed services companies in the marketplace receiving numerous awards including "Partner of the Year" from Tandberg/Cisco, Polycom and LifeSize. Our geographic footprint expanded with offices throughout the U.S. and UK with VNOC facilities in Asia Pac, Europe and Canada.Growing from $45M to close to $100M in sales and double-digit EBITDA I led a very successful transaction process by selling the company to Strategic Products and Services (SPS), a UC Systems Integrator, and their Private Equity partner Court Square Capital.

Built the VMX/OCTEL voice processing and PictureTel videoconferencing practices for this Boston-area reseller with both becoming significant revenue producers while adding major account customers previously not attained by the business.

Built the initial Nortel PBX team in greater Los Angeles and Orange County. Achieved President's Club recognition by both CONTEL and Nortel for our outstanding results.
