I am targeting roles in Utah, but am open to remote work as well!My most recent role was an operations role supporting recruiting and HR, using project management skills to roll out new processes within recruiting to allow our hiring to be more organized, move faster, hire better, and retain longer. My responsibilities also included managing all systems for data, process, and project management across the team.I have also built out mobile and and engineering teams to successfully launch new features. I have managed recruiting data and sourcing teams to report to leaders all things data for the recruiting teams efforts, analyzing patterns and tracking success and failure in our hiring efforts to hire better, faster, and smarter.In my quest to better understand and transform data, I am currently teaching myself SQL and Tableau.
