My life journey has made me realize my calling: motivating and inspiring others to live happy, healthy, and positive lives. My personal mission to serve others has always been at the core of my leadership, and The BOLT Podcast is the perfect outlet to amplify this message. In addition to the podcast, I’ll be offering motivational and keynote speaking engagements, as well as launching my own life coaching practice.

I have been very fortunate to have worked with some amazing people and companies throughout my career but I've always had that entrepreneurial spirit starting from my early days of peddling newspapers for the Akron Beacon Journal. After a 15yr journey, I felt it was time to start my own business. I've taken the best parts from all of my experiences in the hopes of creating one of the TOP digital agencies in the area. As part-time faculty at The University of Akron Design School, I taught a variety of design courses including:• Typography• Introduction to Design• Corporate Identity

At TRIAD I was fortunate to have the opportunity to help build an interactive arm to this already well established Ad Agency. As Director I was responsible for: finding and hiring talent, managing a team of designers, art direction, web design and development, creating proposals, invoicing, client relations, account management, sales and building a thriving interactive side of the business.

As a Sr. Web Designer I had the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects. Some of these projects included: website design, usability sessions, logo and corporate identity, brochure and advertising design, direct mail, trade show booth design and managing our online marketing assets with partners such as Ebay, AOL, MSN and Yahoo!.Working for a start-up company was a blast. I had the opportunity to work with some amazingly talented people. Many of which became life-long friends.

Some of my responsibilities included:• Preparing syllabi, lecturing, giving design feedback, and managing an active classroom of 12 or more• Monitor and motivate students in both an open design forum and studio lab settingClasses included: Introduction to Graphic Design, Layout & Typography, Imagery & Design (Photoshop), Introduction to the Macintosh
