As part of the Customer Experience and Digital team I focus on the quality, performance and stability of all guest-facing technologies. This includes our website, mobile app, in-store displays and information systems, and point-of-sale units.

The Chief Adoption Officer will own the quality and effectiveness of technology tools and services that are delivered internally and externally at SnapMedTech (SMT). This role will work closely across the SMT ecosystem to ensure the best solutions are in place, users are aware of and trained to get the most out of the solutions and that effective, continuous improvement measures are in place to ensure ongoing delivery.

• Creating all process and control policies and procedures• Reviewing all system design/architecture• Implementing all ticketing, monitoring, access control, reporting, support and operations tools and procedures• Educating the team on operational considerations including regulatory compliance, incident response, running an effective DevOps shop and Lean IT best practices• Defining, staffing and training the Support Desk, IT Operations and Enterprise Systems teams• Deliver operational excellence across the business

Responsible for systems operations for multiple ICE businesses relating to clearing, SDRs, benchmark administration, surveillance and reporting.

Responsible for systems operations for ICE Clear Europe, ICE Clear US, ICE Clear Canada and ICE Benchmark Administration. Areas of responsibility include business alignment, support of initiatives, process improvement, technical support, cost control, incident resolution, forecasting, client support

Relocated to London to assist in the launch of ICE Clear Europe. Provided process analysis, operational discipline, documentation, development of procedures and a lot of grunt work involved with launching the business

Responsibilities include:• Availability of all customer-facing services including websites, web applications, eConfirm, the trading platform and support systems• Day-to-day resolution of all client technical-support issues• Daily operations of all trade-related systems including the exchange, interfaces with clearing houses, processing of settlements, data transfers to and from clients, regulatory agencies, ISOs, market data vendors, and price index providers• Creation and maintenance of all markets, coordinate with three clearing houses on all applicable trade objects (members, accounts, contracts, trade volume, expiries, new contract listings), process all mark-to-market prices for hundreds of OTC and futures contracts and tens of thousands of options. • Configuration management process and deployments for production environments.

Responsible for maintaining all technologies used on the trading floor, for delivery of all 3rd party applications to the company, for contract and licensing of all 3rd party applications, user training, application documentation, project management and system analysis. Supervised the design and construction of the trading floor, installed and tested all 3rd party applications in new data center, assessed and specified the new standard hardware platform and fax server systems and designed and implemented a new process for license request and approval involving coordination with all levels of the company. Founded and chair the Market Data Services working group incorporating all US institutional offices.
