As a commercial real estate advisor and investment sales specialist with Marcus & Millichap in South Florida, Todd advised his clients through all phases of the commercial real estate investment cycle. During his tenure, Todd facilitated the sale of more than $200 million in income producing properties across multiple asset classes. Todd earned the Company's prestigious Pace Setter Award during his first year, facilitated the largest loan in the Miami office during his second year, and was promoted to Senior Agent during his third year.

Directly involved with starting Stoltz’s first Real Estate fund and was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of over $1b in commercial real estate assets during his career. Acquisitions included three major shopping malls and one of the largest retail outlet centers in North America. Dispositions included an industrial and office park as well as a portfolio of ten power shopping centers totaling more than 1.5 million square feet.
