My extensive collaboration with architects, interior designers, and developers in specifying high-end bathrooms and spa suites—including saunas, steam rooms, and experience showers—provides me with unique insights into DFL's market. My key responsibilities include:- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans tailored to luxury residential markets.- Building and maintaining relationships with high-end clients, architects, and interior designers.- Leading, mentoring, and growing a dynamic sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.- Identifying trends and opportunities in the luxury wellness sector.- Collaborating with design and production teams to ensure alignment with client specifications.- Organizing and participating in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote Design for Leisure.- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement.- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to drive revenue and maintain profitability.- Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
