At Seller Labs I perform a dual role as Business Intelligence Analyst and Marketing Automation Manager. As Business Intelligence Analyst, I create in-depth live data-feed based dashboards for all teams across the company, with a primary focus on the marketing team and its metrics, using a variety of SQL-based visualization tools (Periscope Data, Looker, Redash) from the data in our Redshift data warehouse. I assist small companies and start-ups with building out web analytics and internal analytics dashboards for their platforms and products. I've designed, created, and deployed internal dash boarding systems using multiple cutting-edge tools for companies including Seller Labs, HorrorPack, Engineerable, and other local businesses. As a producer at Mowgli, I've been acquiring new content from independent musicians and labels, preparing the content for use in our current application, MashupDJ (www.mashupdj.com), and any future games in development, and helping steer our UX/UI using data-driven in-app analytics.

As a graduate research assistant, I was responsible for developing quick, automatable techniques to identify carbohydrate structures using mass spectrometry and data mining. I was also responsible for helping newer graduate students and undergraduates with learning and performing the standard experimental protocols used in the field of complex carbohydrate research. During my graduate studies I spearheaded an effort to bring together plant scientists, physical biochemists, immunologists, and computer scientists for an interdisciplinary approach for carbohydrate structural identification. I developed and championed my own PhD project over the course of 5 years. I introduced disruptive ideas in data analysis and data mining for the purpose of faster identification of carbohydrate epitopes of monoclonal antibodies. I also built a data analysis layer on existing protocols for handling sample data.
