All of my professional experience has taken place at Glastender, Inc., our family business, where I started working part time in 1984. We are a manufacturer of bar and food service equipment. I started in the plant and have performed many different jobs throughout the company. I started working full-time in 1991 as an inside sales associate when there were only 28 employees. My responsibilities with the company have grown over time and I have held the positions of Inside Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Vice President, and now President. I am currently heading the management team that handles all operations of the company. We have approximately 170 employees.Specialties: Bar design, sales, marketing, new product development, process based leadership, and open book management.
