•Establish and maintain strong communication with supervisors and store managers to understand their hiring needs, staff development, future growth, and industry trends.•Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions and future needs which includes, but not limited to, placing job postings (online and other sources), determine applicants qualifications by reviewing applications; interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; performing background checks; comparing qualifications to job requirements.•Coordinates interviews with hiring manager based on screening interview outcomes.•Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs and make recommendations to management to help fulfill their needs.•Administer new employee procedures and orientation.•Utilizes systems developed to track open positions and conduct background checks.•Perform reference checks.•Insure proper documentation for all new employees within a specific region.•Provides regular reports on status of searches.•Exhibit working knowledge of HR Laws and regulations. •Assists in compiling staffing reports, makes recommendations on continuous improvement efforts, and tracks effectiveness of sourcing methods and other recruiting metrics.

•Generate and implement creative and innovative recruiting marketing strategies•Communicate recruiting/marketing plan, ideas, and events with designated territory offices•Mange, assist, and monitor recruiting tasks such as; job fairs, ads (radio, TV, print, etc.), in-office promotions, and online job boards•Work with QPS partner companies to enhance relationship and best utilize application centers•Active member of corporate marketing team to idea share and communicate best practices•Responsible for corporate (company-wide) level projects as delegated•Responsible for scheduling and coordinating the use of QPS’ mobile billboard truck

• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals by using skill marketing • Follow up with clients and associate employees to ensure customer satisfaction• Build relationships with client companies to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs• Maintain communication with clients as well as candidates to keep them up to date on order status• Document all applicant and client information correctly• Perform in-depth behavioral interviews with potential candidates, write resumes and conduct all necessary background checks
