Brought over 70 new direct customers to the CyrusOne portfolio of data centers in both private and public sectors. Created initial service provider channel program which today includes many leading cloud and managed IT service providers.

Represented globally available services including: executive protection, secure air & ground transportation, private aircraft guarding, travel security briefings & training, due diligence, hostile area evacuation and kidnap/ransom response. Created inital Global Vendor Relations Department. Had sales management and business oversight responsibilities of the Security Operations department.

Managed all aspects of local branch offices including sales, operations, customer service and marketing to service departments, body shops, insurance agencies and end-user businesses.
