As the Canadian Wealth Leader for Mercer, I am focused on helping clients and their people achieve better financial outcomes. Being entrusted with their financial futures is a responsibility we don’t take lightly.Throughout my 20+ year career in investment consulting, I have consistently demonstrated a passion for driving financial success and fostering inclusive leadership. My journey began as a junior investment analyst gathering data for our Mercer Insight database. As my expertise grew, I took on the challenge of becoming Mercer Canada's first Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) hybrid analyst. Seeking new opportunities to make an impact, I joined Willis Towers Watson to spearhead the launch of their DC practice in Canada. Over time, I assumed the role of national DC leader, where I successfully guided clients through complex challenges and positioned the practice as a leader in the industry. Today I have the privilege of leading our Canadian Wealth Team, a team of more than 300 employees dedicated to helping our clients and improving the financial outcomes for generations of Canadians Canada.At work, I find the most rewarding part of my job is coaching my colleagues to reach their potential. Outside of work, you would mostly likely find me at a local arena enjoying and supporting the passion of my three boys’ pursuit of hockey.
