• Accountable for support of some of the most critical and highly visible internally developed business applications and environments across Fidelity’s Personal and Workplace Investing business units; also responsible for highly critical vendor applications such Siebel used in the Personal and Workplace Investing, Institutional Wealth Services, Human Resources Services, and Family Office business units• Manage a team of 20 to 25 associates without multiple leads across 4 domestic locations and India who are responsible for applications running on 300+ servers and used on 25,000+ workstations; the team supports all of the Fidelity call centers and investor centers. • Currently responsible for support, certification, and deployment of the replacement platform desktop & server application for the Personal Investing and Workplace Investing businesses; the application was successfully deployed to all of the Personal Investing business in 2013• The team successfully delivered thousands of installs and hundreds of releases in the last year alone for Fidelity’s major businesses across the servers and workstations with very few critical incidents (severity 1, 2, or 3) as a result of our release activities; this includes major quarterly installs and infrastructure upgrades• Successfully lead team through a major version upgrade of Siebel 7.5 to Siebel 8.1 which services our Personal Investments business in addition to many other major Siebel deployments• The team delivered on some very high priority, high demand Siebel deliverables which included net new Siebel implementations for both Defined Contributions and Defined Benefits business units

• Managed the Personal Investments systems management organization – team included 8 members across 3 domestic locations and also in India• Lead team in the support of several highly critical Personal Investing applications and their related infrastructure; this also includes support of the desktop image, the automated deposit machines, the branch kiosks and the branch document and check scanners• Make key decisions for cross company Personal and Workplace Investing infrastructure initiatives including multiple server web farm environments and the desktop environment (~10,000 machines) • Successfully led the team’s transition from Fidelity Brokerage Company to the Personal and Workplace Investing Organization; This included reorganization of existing team members and the creation of several functional units including a 24x7 service desk.• Effectively managed the budget for Systems Management Initiatives; this includes over 2 million dollars in core and maintenance funding in addition to a multitude of discretionary projects.• Participated as an active Systems Partner to manage and approve all server and desktop changes to Personal Investments desktop. • Gained acceptance for the pilot phase of our software distribution process; this was a significant change in our release process which required acceptance from our key business partners and each of the 4 different systems partners.
