My job is to make sure that what we produce not only wows the client, but accomplishes their goals. I work with clients from the beginning of every project to decipher goals and ensure that we're exceeding expectations. I oversee the team creative strategy and planning of all web, social media production, video, branding and retargeting. Our client base ranges from small startups to large, multi-national corporations. I "split" (had to) my time between our local office and two others in New York and Chicago.

As Creative Director at Timmermann Group, I oversee planning, strategy and design. In addition to managing the creative team, I also manage partners, vendors and the overall creative caliber of the organization. My responsibilities include management of the strategic process, creative and digital development resources including graphic designers, interactive designers, programmers, production and social media managers. Additional responsibilities include the management of outside creative partners as well as managing video and motion graphics production, photo shoots and media acquisition. As an agency thought leader, I take responsibility in leading “Scoop from the Group”, the agency blog, other social content along with talent recruitment and retention and heading the creative pitch team. Personally, I love creative expression and all things relating to the arts. I have three crazy kids and my own zoo consisting of four dogs and two cats. In what spare time I do manage to eke out, I focus on songwriting and recording in my studio.

Managed large creative teams locally as well as in our Tri-States agency located in Quincy, Illinois. Developed strategic branding and growth plans for many of the Tri-State regions most well known companies, including Quincy Medical Group. National clients include Energizer Battery, American Railcar Company, Basler Electric, Identigene, Stifel Nicolaus among others.
