Passion, purpose, and ambition have always been woven through my professional life, from my time with the Peace Corps to my positions in wholesale distribution and logistics, training design and implementation, and learning and organizational development.Multiple times throughout my career, I have seen ways to improve an organization by applying psychological principles, creating a better environment for the staff. I thrive in situations that present the toughest challenges in learning, organizational effectiveness, and development.I have an innate ability to collaborate with an organization’s leaders to create beneficial business outcomes for everyone involved. In my eyes, everyone is an asset with something unique to contribute, which is why I encourage others to create dynamic solutions to problems that arise before they stake the claim that an existing system doesn’t work. My ability to connect with people and find common ground has helped me build training programs, facilitate staff learning, and administer organizational effectiveness programs, to name a few. I am a well-travelled, and highly motivated self-starter with a myriad of work experience ranging from wholesale distribution and logistics, to training design and implementation. I strive to efficiently produce quality results, using all of my existing professional skills while identifying areas of improvement in various company processes.
