Sr. Consultant, Employee Experience And Leadership Development
CurrentResponsible for the oversight of Health Promotion, Fitness, Operations, Product Development, and Communications areas related to the Best Health Wellness Program. This includes identifying market trends, determining product positioning for new and existing products, modifying current products as necessary to meet benefit, pricing points, and directing new product initiatives from initial development to final implementation to ongoing monitoring. Responsible for the development, implementation and continued management of a proactive and reactive account management program for Medicare members, which includes a comprehensive on-boarding process, proactive outreach calls, onsite events, ongoing digital and print educational materials, and an inbound service model for inquiries and issue resolution. Responsible for overseeing the development, design and implementation of an integrated and sustainable leadership development strategy that includes developing and implementing a plan for improving the performance of leaders at Sharp Health Plan as measured by improvements in Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) results as well as employee retention.
