Since December 2009, GLRP had been responsible for the acquisition and management of 36 residential parks with 5000+ sites. The Business was successfully listed on the Australian Stock exchange on 11 June 2015 with a market capitalisation of circa $500M and has subsequently shown in excess of 40% growth and significantly increased its portfolio of parks.Todd resigned as a Director of this business upon listing to pursue other, already established growth strategies in the Australian property markets.

Todd was a member of the Real Estate Division securing project finance and originating property transactions on behalf of Babcock and Browns Investors and clients.During Todd's time at B&B, he was responsible for the origination and documentation of a number of key project finance advisory appointments as well the origination of investment transactions on behalf of B&B itself in the form of both mezzanine debt and equity.

Todd joined Devine Ltd in 2001, initially as development manager within the Units & Townhouses division, responsible for the development of the River Place, River City and Casino Towers apartment projects.Todd was promoted to General Manager of the division in 2003 and went on to also undertake the Project Director role for Devine's first high density residential project, Victoria Point Docklands.Todd was responsible for the project direction, feasibility management, documentation and the securing of the project finance which was done in a unique securitisation of pre-sales structured finance transaction with ABN Amro.
