Todd is the founder and current Executive Director of Alceon Qld with over 28 years’ experience across a broad range of property sectors including Funds Management, valuation, sales and leasing, direct development and development management and structured finance. Todd specialises in the area of Real Estate finance, feasibility analysis and transaction management with particular skills in development management and deal origination.Previous positions also held have been with Babcock & Brown in their Property and Capital Market Division, predominantly focused on the sourcing and structuring of property related debt and equity transactions, Associate Director – Infrastructure Capital of ABN AMRO, General Manager – Units and Townhouse Division for Devine Ltd and Director of the Qld Investment Sales division at Savills. Todd holds a Bachelor of Business degree (in Property Valuation) from University of QLD and a Post Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Security Institute of Australia. About Alceon Queensland Alceon (Qld) was initially established as Harvest Property and commenced trading as of 1 May 2008. Harvest Property was created as a boutique property syndication and investment management business, established to enable the founding partners to invest in the property asset classes that each had worked on for the prior 16 years. The syndication model allowed other investors and industry experts to also participate in these investments, establishing a diverse investor base and a management platform that drew from the experience of that investor base.Initially focused on SEQ, Harvest primarily targeted value add assets that met specific Investment criteria. After several successful acquisitions, it was quickly identified that the business was going to need a longer-term Investment Partner and in September 2011, Harvest completed its first acquisition in Joint Venture with Sydney based, Alceon Group. After several subsequent acquisitions with Alceon, it was determined that the best way forward was to formally merge the Qld Operations and Alceon Qld was formed in December 2012.Today Alceon Qld continues to operate as a 50/50 Joint Venture between Founding Director, Todd Pepper, and Sydney based Alceon Group. Since inception, the combined the local business has completed transactions totalling over $2.0Bn in 16 years.
