Taken on progressively more human resources leadership (375 employees) for the site and Canada operation (35 employees). - Strategic Alternatives Projects: organizational change management activities, communication, data requests, transition efforts, M&A activities.- Employee Relations Management: consistently apply and coach operations on policy, practice, and precedent to ensure a productive work environment.
