Over the last 15 years, I’ve been blessed to develop a range of stimulating competencies - sales, marketing, capital raising, public speaking, web dev, design, coaching, hypnotherapy, training and development, recruitment, electric skateboarding at 60km/h+ and hot chili eating.I'm an action-taker at heart, tenacious, determined, a little rough around the edges, and always seeking to tackle complex challenges and create meaningful impact. I am also passionate about innovation and believe web3 technology when done right, has the potential to transform the quality of people's lives, democratise opportunity, and revolutionise archaic industries.When I was 24, I was running a sales company with 80+ staff across Australia averaging $100,000 to $200,000 per week in sales. This was a nightmare because I was stuck on a high-churn recruitment treadmill and didn’t have the right systems in place to make my life more… peaceful.After getting burned out, I got out of direct sales and found myself in the world of tech, in a growth, sales, development, and consulting capacity. This was a venture off the beaten path for me and it exposed me to a whole new world (there is no shame in hearing the Aladin song in your head right now).I learned how to create pitch decks, set up investor nights, pitch VCs and help others do the same. Accidentally I discovered that I possessed the skill of taking big ideas and making them clear and pitchable.I have spoken at events with hundreds of people, helping to make shifts in mindset from the stage, and I’ve performed street hypnosis on the streets of Brisbane and Sydney, giving little hypnotic gifts of growth to unsuspecting folk.In a business setting, I have been able to apply my skills to help clients hire not just skill-fit employees but also personality-fit employees. I’ve helped businesses grow their sales teams, iron out management issues, and ultimately increase their bottom-line profits.One client was taken from an average of $30,000 a week in sales to ~$280,000 a week in top-line revenue. We did this by refining the sales process, removing redundant steps, and building / training the sales team.
