• Responsible for all aspects of business development, sourcing, marketing and sales of the DirtWorks product line.• Original Inventor and product developer of the Patented DirtWorks 3-Point Hitch System along with a complete line of ground engaging implements.• From single SKU to over 20 products in 2-1/2 years.• Established OEM relationships with most major ATV, UTV and Garden Tractor Manufacturers.• Sourced manufacturing solutions domestically for the product line. • Established distribution, dealer networks, OEM relationships. Contract negotiations with retailers, distributors, dealers and OEM’s. Developed all pricing structures at the retail, wholesale and OEM levels. Established relationships with OEM’s, retailers, dealers and distributors.• Developed a DirtWorks private label product line for the Polaris Ranger UTV for Polaris Industries, Inc. currently being sold through the Polaris dealer network.

• Worked closely with clients and company personnel to translate ideas and project requirements into working manufacturing process and documentation.• Travel throughout United States for onsite consultation and project oversight with clients and contractors. Provided on site verification of site conditions. Provided technical and design support to contractors and clients.• Provided technical and manufacturing support to project managers, estimators shop floor personnel.
