-Assists clients in finding and purchasing real estate as a buyer's agent.-Assists sellers in listing and marketing their homes for sale as a listing agent using modern internet and video technologies to promote each of our listings.-Assist Tenants with finding rental homes of their choice, applying, and in preparing leases as a Tenant's Agent.-Assist Landlords in finding qualified tenants to rent their homes, process credit reports and background checks, and prepare the leases as a Landlord's Agent.-Assist Landlord's in maintaining and protecting their properties, collecting and distributing rent, and handling payments to contractors as a property Manager. (Peace of Mind Property Management is not a part of RE/MAX 100 nor are my property management services part of my duties as a Realtor with RE/MAX).-Uses HD photography and Videography to promote listings and to keep clients informed of events upcoming throughout the region.-Design and impliment an interactive website using images, web-forms, data capture, and intra site communication codes.

As a "By Referral Only" Real Estate Consultant, I work with clients to find them the best homes, in the best neighborhoods, and at the best prices. I give my clients the advice they need to make the best decisions for them and their families, while always keeping their best interests at heart. My goal with each and every client is to make them so exceptionally happy with our service that they will want every friend and family member to work with us as well so that they can receive the same service.

I began my experiences in Real Estate working for Re/Max 100 in Columbia, Maryland. While a fantastic company to work for, our team decided it was time to move on in the summer of 2007 when they were changing office locations.
