Supply Chain Operations
Current- Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and logistics partners to coordinate order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery scheduling.- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding product availability, order status, and delivery timelines to internal and external stakeholders.- Utilize ERP systems to process orders, update customer records, and generate reports to track performance metrics.- Collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams to prioritize orders, resolve inventory discrepancies, and expedite shipments as needed to meet customer requirements.- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in order management and fulfillment, contributing to cost reduction and operational effectiveness.- Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service, enhancing supply chain visibility- Track and analyze customer service metrics (e.g., order accuracy, on-time delivery, response time) to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.- Provide training and support to new team members to ensure a consistent and high standard of customer service excellence across the organization.
