Streaming Tutors specializes in the creation of online tutorial programs for undergraduate pre-medical students. As Director of eLearning, I led all facets of the company from start-up and product development to ongoing business operations. Managed the design, creation and marketing of 8 courses housed in a custom-built Learning Management System (LMS). The digital resources for each course include 30-100 hours of HD videos, downloadable study notes, interactive quizzes, live webinars, animations and illustrations, assessment and feedback. We built deep learning capabilities into the platform allowing us to provide real time analysis and feedback to students about their progress and activity. We also created user analytics and behavior identification patterns to provide educators with tools to guide their students during their self-paced learning.

I was contracted to build a web-based learning platform to provide training support to auto dealerships in the US. 39 Training programs were created for the Finance department, Service and Sales departments, and business development centers.- Worked with leadership to identify the production requirements and created the learning and development strategy for all programs- Hired and managed the software development team to create the Product Prep Web-Based Training Platform. The platform has many features to assure success for all their users. (e.g., assessment and certification, performance tracking and accountability, user statistics, and various administrative features) - Built all multimedia assets (e.g., graphic images/illustration/photos, animations, video and audio files). Subject matter includes compliance and regulation, sales training, product knowledge and business development. - Recording and edited all audio narrations and videos in my local production facility

WYZ Prep delivers a state-of-the-art e-Learning experience for prospective MBA students searching for support and guidance while studying for their GMAT exam. Our proprietary learning platform delivers a world-class GMAT education at a fraction of the cost compared to competitors. We offer innovative features such as a digital course coach, a test bank platform with video solutions and personalized feedback, 40 hours of HD quality video lectures, flash cards, study notes and more! To achieve our production goals, I led a content development team consisting of programmers, artist, animators, course creators, video editors and educators.

Created a proprietary tutoring service that allowed me to tutor over 15,000 pre-med college students while they studied organic chemistry. My live review sessions would run 5 hours daily over a 10-day period prior to 8 midterms. The tutorial program was delivered in lecture halls at universities in the New York Metropolitan area. Enrollment sizes for my review classes ranged from 100 to 300 students per day. Grew the business from a passive income source while I studied at the university to a massive 6-figure revenue generator with amazing and life changing results to my students. Thousands of former students now hold prominent positions in medicine, dentistry, health care, and pharma.

CTII specialized in credit restoration, credit optimization and identity theft protection. CTII worked with numerous automobile dealerships and mortgage companies. I was contracted to develop their online Credit Monitoring and Education System and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.Responsibilities:- Worked with management to identify the business requirements. Created a development strategy and consumer learning objectives to be delivered throughout the Credit Monitoring System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.- Hired and managed the software development team to create a proprietary Credit Monitoring System and Customer Relationship Management platform. - Developed all training and education resources for consumers and internal staff to work with the platform. Training included video tutorials, interactive guides, printable manuals, and onscreen Tips and help throughout the system.- Integrated Consumer Awareness and Self Service Tools for end users to learn how to manage their credit, monitor their credit and work with the 3 credit bureaus to fix their credit.- Worked as the liaison between the software development team and a compliance auditing company to assure we were EI3PA and PCI compliant.- Worked with the software development team to create a custom API required to pull reports from Experian and post into the Credit Monitoring System (CMS).- Created the blueprint and overseen the development of predictive capabilities in the Credit Monitoring System to evaluate consumer opportunities for credit improvement and to deliver highly focused educational assistance to the consumer that addressed their unique needs.

Invented, designed and distributed custom digital courseware packages known as EDU-PACKs that were sold at university bookstores and by corporate trainers. Collaborated directly with professors for the development of state-of-the-art educational solutions which included personalized video lectures, 2D and 3D animations, interactive content, quizzes with feedback and analysis, interactive diagrams, a linkable glossary, and printable study notes. Led a 16-person development team consisting of 3D animators, designers, writers, artists, software developers, video editors and support staff. Managed all facets of the business from product development, sales and marketing to general operations. Negotiated contracts with professors, universities, and private for-profit companies. Invented and filed a patent for the EDU-PACK™ learning platform (Publication Number US20050165804) to develop interactive learning packages which provided a process for organizations to streamline their course creation of self-study programs.

Wall Street Training provides training and consultation services to clients across many financial industry verticals, including investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, equity and fixed-income research, asset and investment management, credit analysis, private equity, and more. I worked with the founder to convert his successful International live training workshops into web-based training programs delivered through a custom-built Learning Management System (LMS). This initiative offered multiple opportunities for the company to expand their reach, increase sales and deliver state-of-the-art learning experiences to their clients.Responsibilities:- Managed the software development teams to create a proprietary Learning Management System. The primary focus of the LMS was to create an interactive classroom environment where learners could work alongside their instructor through video modules that synchronized with excel worksheets.- Managed 6 creative professionals to build 24 courses. Each course consisted of a series of videos, notes, spreadsheets, assessment, and custom design work.- Worked directly with key stakeholders to create the software and database specifications, facility requirements, business and marketing plans, production workflow, and the recruitment of all creative and technical talent.

Innovative Test Prep offered comprehensive tutorial programs in science and math subjects to Stony Brook University students. Our innovative, pedagogical approach for high volume tutoring allowed us to create the blueprint for successful large-scale tutoring on campus driven by peer-to-peer participation. Our on-campus facility offered SBU students with a state-of-the-art learning experience. We utilized digital whiteboards, live streaming review sessions, real-time interactivity and more. We developed the first of its kind tutor training program at SBU which has become the model in which other programs exist today.
