Founded in 1845, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) is the 2nd largest Sheriff's Office in Florida and the 11th largest county law enforcement agency in the United States. With over 3,600 employees, HCSO is a modern, technology rich full-service law enforcement agency.Due to the high caliber of personnel that I have the privilege of leading, my recent list of accomplishments include:• Led a team of approximately 110 employees with an annual budget of $30-40MM• Initiated and provided oversight for an agency-wide ERP implementation. The full scope modernization initiative (HCM, FIN) included an aggressive 12 month timeline and approximate budget of $5MM that was completed on-time and under budget. • Initiated and implemented standards-based IT processes via ITIL with increasing maturity levels year over year• Commissioned a 3rd-party “IT Satisfaction Scorecard” annual survey sent to leaders across the entire agency. The most recent survey completed scored 96% for “IT Satisfaction” and 95% for “IT Value”• Created IT Security practice in 2012 with several successive high-profile events (e.g. SuperBowl, Republican National Convention) and local government as a statistically high attack rate vertical• Previous titles held: Infrastructure Bureau Manager and Assistant Information Officer

As a privately-held, debt free organization, Beall’s has demonstrated resiliency and success through its 100+ year history in a challenging industry. • Led substantial high availability and performance improvements for all data centers, 500+ retail locations, 4 corporate centers and 4 distribution centers nationwide with results exceeding project parameters• Designed and implemented a new WAN infrastructure with resulting performance improvements and a > $300,000 per year cost savings• Led infrastructure modernization and redesign in support of SAP ERP implementation• Responsible for infrastructure performance in PCI-DSS audit and quarterly full failover disaster recovery tests with 100% success rate in both

With 30+ years of progressive growth and over 3 million drivers using their system, Pegasus Transtech is the industry leader in their vertical. • Hired as one of the first 20 employees, my initial duties were on-site implementations and 2nd level technical support with 50%-75% travel• Led the implementation of a SaaS offering in 2001 with full responsibility of achieving uptime requirements of 99.999% (a significant challenge in 2001) and compliance with SAS70 and disaster recovery deliverables• Directed two data center relocations and a transition to a co-located data center with zero unplanned outages• Full Product management, roadmap, pre-sales and revenue growth responsibilities for the SaaS offering, which exceeded expectations and became the primary revenue growth driver• Developed KPI’s, established SLA’s and drove standardization adoption and implementation across all lines of business
